Neil Gooding Productions was formed at the start of the year 2000 by Neil Gooding.
The company is based in Sydney, Australia, and is a vehicle that has been established to create acting,
directing and producing opportunities for promising young performers as well as established professionals.
Neil Gooding Productions has been involved in several projects to date, most notably ASSASSINS in June
2000, LONG GONE LONESOME COWGIRLS in November 2001 and BACK TO THE 80's in 2004.
The company also administers performances of BACK TO THE 80's - The Totally Awesome Musical!

2005 was a very busy year for Neil and the company. For several months, we provided consultancy
services to Jacobsen Entertainment, working on their production of Dirty Dancing. Then, June & July
saw Neil touring Australia as the Tour Accountant for Delta Goodrem on her Visualise Tour.
In August, we co-created and produced the first ever Fast & Fresh Short Play Competition.
This is the under 18 off-shoot of Short & Sweet, which is the largest short play festival in the world.
(www.fastandfresh.org). In November 2005, Neil directed the workshop of a new musical called The Hat Pin,
written by James Millar and Peter Rutherford.
In March 2006 Neil was the Asst Director to Gale Edwards for the
launch concert of Peter Cousens' Kookaburra. He also produced the
2nd Year of Fast & Fresh in Sydney. Recently, Neil directed Building
A Wing - a 10 minute musical for Short, Sweet & Song (which was
awarded the Judge's Award for Best Musical). He also directing Keeping
Annabelle which was chosen as a Gala Finalist for Short & Sweet
2007. Neil directed Listen To My Heart for TAA Entertainment, as
well as a reading of new Australian musical The Hatpin.
Neil Gooding Productions along with Co-Producers WHITEBOX recently
produced the World Premier of The Hatpin in Sydney starring Caroline
O'Connor, Peter Cousens, Barry Crocker and Melle Stewart. More information

June 2008 will mark the 4th year that Neil has produced Fast &
Fresh.
